Jeff Bearden, MD, Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Bearden is a family practice physician with nearly 30 years of experience in the medical field. He completed medical school through UAMS in Little Rock and his Family Medicine Residency through UAMS in Jonesboro. His genuine love of people, coupled with his ability to connect with his patients from all walks of life, has left a lasting impression on his extensive patient base in both Northwest and Central Arkansas.

Church and family are a large part of his life. With 6 grown children and 16 (and counting) grandchildren, there's always a reason to celebrate! The family enjoys camping, hiking, floating the rivers, and spending as much time in nature as possible. Over the years, he has been on numerous international faith-based medical mission trips, including several trips to Brazil, Haiti, Dominican Republic and Honduras.

Bailee Lutz, MD, Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Bailee Lutz completed medical school through the University of Kansas-Wichita and residency through University of New Mexico Department of Family and Community Health, where she completed additional training in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center. She loves educating her patients and helping them make healthy choices for balanced living for themselves and their families. She has special interests in pediatric care, women's health and integrative medicine, and gets great joy from seeing her patients and community thrive.

When not at the clinic, Dr. Lutz enjoys gardening, biking to the Fayetteville Farmers Market or library, spending time on the river with her family, and serving in her local church. She loves to cook and enjoys time on the porch with her husband, their dog, and 13 chickens.

Victoria Peckenpaugh, Family Nurse Practitioner

Victoria Peckenpaugh is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families in her hometown community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she specialized in family medicine. With over five years of nursing experience in cardiology and the post-anesthesia care unit, Victoria brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to improving her patients' health and well-being.

As a lifelong resident of the Springdale-Fayetteville area, Victoria is passionate about serving her community. She believes in a holistic approach to health, working collaboratively with patients to empower them in their health journeys and helping them make informed decisions about their care. She is especially drawn to family medicine for its emphasis on long-term relationships with patients of all ages, supporting them in achieving their best health at every stage of life

When she’s away from the clinic, Victoria enjoys quality time with her husband, Josh, and their young daughter. She’s an avid Razorback fan and loves cheering on her team at football games. Victoria also enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and their Australian Shepherd, Cap.

Keri Hale, Clinic Manager

Keri completed her nursing degree at Baptist School of Nursing, and has over 30 years of experience as a pediatric nurse and daily clinic operations. Her compassion, kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of people in need truly set her apart.

She enjoys reading, crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren and dog.
